These terms govern use of this website and the DataSto platform, operated by DataSto, registration K2026668615, South Africa. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
DataSto provides a cloud based business management platform covering project management, tender management, document control, billing and invoicing, cloud storage, IT helpdesk, reporting and quality management support. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform develops.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under accounts in your organisation, including accounts you create for employees.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Access may begin with a trial period. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles and included limits are confirmed in writing before activation. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace
- Do not probe, scan or interfere with platform security
- Do not resell access without a written agreement
5. Customer content
Your organisation retains ownership of the data it uploads. You grant DataSto the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and access may depend on your own connectivity.
7. Quality management
DataSto supports structured quality management and compliance workflows. DataSto does not certify your organisation and does not represent that the platform itself holds ISO certification.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DataSto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contracts or anticipated savings. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end the subscription in line with the agreed notice period. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which the workspace may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
