This privacy policy explains how DataSto (registration K2026668615) collects, uses and protects personal information through this website and the DataSto platform. It is written to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

We collect the details you submit through our contact and newsletter forms, including your name, company, email address, telephone number and message. When you use the DataSto platform we also process account information, activity records and the business content your organisation uploads.

Content uploaded by a customer organisation remains that organisation's information. Each customer operates in a separate workspace and DataSto staff access customer content only where required for support, security or legal reasons.

We apply role based access control, secure authentication, permission validation, audit logging and session management. No system is completely immune to risk, so we also expect customers to protect their own credentials.
